A complete overhaul and extension of the middle part of a three-house row house with a small garden is designed to maintain the original style of the Spořilov settlement (in terms of window sizes, original ledges, plastered façade, roofing). The extension towards the garden openly reveals, on the other hand, that it is a new mass added to the original object. The new living room and outside terrace use a single frame of exposed concrete; the roof is flat. The living quarters are connected with the garden and the garden becomes part of the living space. The first floor space is opened all the way to the frame of the roof, using the full height of the house.
